The wide eyes road-runner looks at Will E. Coyote, says "meep-meep" and speeds off down the road.

Generally referring to micro vehicles such as smart cars, Mitsubishi Mirage hatchbacks, Toyota Yaris etc. Tiny vehicles whos horns don’t really even beep, but rather sound like a baby bird doing it’s best.
