Means "Blowjob" or "Handjob" (essentually the same thing.) in Girlian. (The language of Females.) Used when one is too a) shy to say "blowjob" or b) Humoured by the use of the word.

Defined after the "swish swish" motion involved in the act.

Sidsel went all sidselitis on the guys for mocking her driving skills and not giving proper directions. The guys were wary of their words for the remainder of the trip, for fear that she'd go sidselitis on their ass again
