Characterizing a person who is not in favor of rising prices, but not overly confident. Similar to bullish but to a lesser degree, and most often used in relation to events.

Matt: 'Do you guys have a lean for the number?'
Matt: 'We do, we are leaning bullish!'
Matt: 'A okay, I'm a micro- bull this week'
Matt: 'A micro-bull?'
Matt: 'You know, like a calf'
