Generally referring to micro vehicles such as smart cars, Mitsubishi Mirage hatchbacks, Toyota Yaris etc. Tiny vehicles whos horns don’t really even beep, but rather sound like a baby bird doing it’s best.

Driver abruptly changing lanes: Did you hear something?
Passenger : I think that lil Meep Car just honked their horn at you.
