A site founded by Aaron Peckham, having a domain name of urbandictionary.com. It is a site dedicated to giving people the ability to find meaning to certain words or phrases and to apply them in a dictionary type basis. Basically just like Merriam Webster Dictionary except that it contains a more diverse and averagely specific definitions of words/phrases.
Obviously you wont read all that shit above so here :
Site where words/phrases can be defined by anonymous people (some might've revealed themselves). And contains an abundant amount of sex references and porn jokes (I guess).

Urban Dictionary is an online dictionary that is very useful. If you do not see a word, you can create whatever you wish, as long as it’s not against the rules.

A forum to perpetuate racism. No longer relative. Their allowance for certain definitions makes them far worse than wiki.
The Urban Dictionary is no longer relivant. The urban dictionary s algorithms are inconsistent and allow for the perpetuation of racism.
