An occurrence in the electronic game of Dice Wars in which a player has two or less territories which usually results in the early elimination of the player within the first three to six turns of the game, or when a player is left with one territory for the remainder of the game until one of the other players (whether it be CPU or Human) puts him/her out of his/her misery.
"I started a game of Dice Wars with my comrades and was doing quite well until I found myself to be in an Akin Situation."

When someone is what is traditionally understood as a loser, but only in very specific situations. Their loserdom is not consistent throughout their life. The condition oscillates from day to day. They may be a winner in some dimensions, but occasionally loser attributes often emerge when the universe throws the right (wrong) things their way.
Can you believe he didn't go home with that girl? What a situational loser. Great guy otherwise though. Madly respect and love him.
