A state that has not legalized marijuana.

The Utah Highway Patrol arrested him for having a few pre-rolls. He should've known that Utah is a sober state!

To Scowl at someone, to demean with a sour approach with an exagerated eyebrow lift forcing a tear.

His eyebrow raised as he Brower Snowered at me. He took it in a very demeaning manner and made sure I knew it.

A fat slack jaw. It's a person who is so fat that when they breath it sounds like they are snoring.

Tommy is so fat and a slack jaw which makes him snore while he's awake thus meaning he is a day snorer

Sure, you've had three beers and taken a couple hits of that blunt everyone was passing around, but yeah, you'd say you feel pretty much sober.
