A noise that an unattractive, stubby, out of place hair makes that is extremely disturbing to all. This word can also be used as a name the hairs. It is usually used to describe a thick hair such as one that grows back after a couple days of missed shaving.

An abbreviation of "meneh heh." Originated as a sound used by Southpark's Cartman. Now found in and around the Chicagoland area as a response to a "so so" idea or plan. Can also be used as a greeting or filler comment when the situation is blah.

Zeitgeist of increasing indifference and dispassion. People are becoming less passionate and generally more indifferent.

Is not a girly girl, nor is a tomboy. They fall right in between the two. Typically more friends with the guys, has a lot of emotion but has little to no one to share it with.
My sister is totally a meh girl, she doesn't like to wear girly outfits but wishes she knew how to do makeup.

(Meh Culpa is a portmanteau of contemporary slang and Latin. See Mea Culpa. ...or perhaps admittedly a cheap combo of street and pretentiousness.) Um, Meh Culpa?
(I just made this word up. Is that okay by UD guidelines? ...or is it like "original research" on Wikipedia?) If it's not okay, Meh Culpa. ;-)
