Somewhere between Murphys law and A watched pot never boils. Waters Law: Nothing you want to happen will happen until its inconvenient or impossible for you.

Example of Waters Law:
You have been asking for a raise for months, you deserve it. In frustration you sign on to a different company for a raise. The day you do your boss calls you and tells you you're getting a raise worth more than your salary at the other job.

The Morbius Law

After the release of Morbius (2022), congress passed a law requiring every movie to feature a character saying "It's (insert name here)-in' time!"

Guy 1: The best part of Barbie was when she said "It's Barbin' time!" then Barbed all over those bad guys.
Guy 2: Thank God for the Morbius Law.

Lenz's law

When you are attached to a person in a way that when you try to meet them your body gives you bad signs as in bad butterflies and then when you decide to stay away and cut all the connections your heart longs for them and desires for them to be around cuddling with you and then you try pull them close again. You also want them away from you but also close that you can't breathe(I mean while kissing).

Conclusion: But when you pull them closer, your body reacts as if it's sick (in a bad way)
If you push them away you want their cologne all over your body

This never happened with me but with this one guy my body keeps applying lenz's law.

Richard's law

"Never assume the impossible of the ambiguous"

You know, when you assume somebody meant something impossible, rather than correctly infer what they clearly meant you look like a jerk. It's Richard's law.
