The phrase "to nope out" combines the phrase "to get out" with the judgment of "no way" or "no thanks" or "hell no" to the event that makes one leave.

When a nigga highballs his character and will say "He'll beat your character." without giving much context and reasoning.
So a example is "MY CHARACTER WILL BEATS YOU CAUSE BLAH BLAH." While another guy will say "Bro you Vonning out?"
