Most of the men they accuse the most of are black because 1). they desire them the most and 2). the black community has naturally higher crime rates, so it is easier to falsely accuse them and get the outcome they want. Unironically, sexual harassment and assault crimes are actually led demographically by white men, not black men. Kelseys are typically physically very unattractive, having noticeable imperfections in their faces like a large chin, wide cheekbones, or extra face skin, which is ultimately the reason for their disposition.
