Home educated people are children who are educated otherwise than at school. This could be by their parents following/not following the curriculum or online schools (yes, they existed before Covid-19). However, some online schooled students don’t like being called home educated.
Some peoples’ reasons for being home educated are:
- Religious beliefs
- Mental/Physical health
- Pursuing other commitments such as acting or sports
- Other, such as a need for a decelerated/accelerated education due to a number of reasons.
The list goes on.
There are many other social opportunities for children that aren’t school. Please don’t assume we are social recluses.

Get the home education mug.A more challenging version of early childhood education which requires a very patient and empathetic care taker or teacher who can properly deal with the effects of the social issues and undesirable home life affecting young children from less fortunate circumstances in a severely negative way, usually manifested in the form of acting out, temper tantrums, screaming, biting, hitting and sometimes cussing. This term can refer to younger children of ANY race in ANY demographic to one degree or another as a result of a wide variety of negative family circumstances and/or negative upbringings, but does NOT include those children who may be mentally disabled. Here, the term "hood", in this context, merely refers to a rough neighborhood which has a higher percentage of broken, less fortunate families, and is NOT being used in a derogatory manner.
Gwyn is majoring in early childhood education, but sometimes feels like she is practicing early hood-child education. Especially when she needs to calmly deal with being bitten, scratched in the face or hit by certain children in daycare.

Used to pop off with the best mock trial competitions in Ohio, but now takes 3 weeks to return scores and another 2 to award best witnesses and attorneys. Hasn't been the same since they went virtual, and they just might be using COVID as an excuse to slack off.
Man, I sure hope the Ohio Center for Law Related Education gives us our scores this weekend.
