Related to the term Skrillz, or rolls/epills, and short form for Skrilla Killa or essentially a hustler, fighter, and party animal or playboy associated with Skrillz (Ecstasy). Normally used from teenagers from Albany’s outskirts and suburbs as well as CollegeTown in its Student Ghetto/College Hood phase of the time (which changed after the Kegs-N-Eggs Riot on St Patrick’s Day 2011.
