The word shouted by slaves when the were about to escape and get caught.

When escaping the plantation the runaway slave was caught and screamed out “meep” to alarm the other slaves what happened.

He was meeping for 30 minutes straight, eventually I had to close the door, but that didn't help, he just kept standing there, meeping on the other side.

Generally referring to micro vehicles such as smart cars, Mitsubishi Mirage hatchbacks, Toyota Yaris etc. Tiny vehicles whos horns don’t really even beep, but rather sound like a baby bird doing it’s best.

Driver abruptly changing lanes: Did you hear something?
Passenger : I think that lil Meep Car just honked their horn at you.
