The tool is shaped like a long, spiny, demonic tail and the sliminess is a result of old yellow earwax indicative of those who can't hear well due to many years of obnoxious loud drumming during the sacred ritual of the pre-breaktime party puke. This tool erodes in the presence of hubbly or "nargilla" smoke. Used most commonly in first person shooter genres. This tool is often associated with mann.
