Building surveyor

A Building surveyor is a necessary hindrance to the building of a home. They are pedantic sycophants without a shred of common sense, and are incapable of making a determination without covering there ass or referring it to a Structural Engineer.

I thought my new home was infested with vermin, but it was even worse, a Building Surveyor was on site.

A term that came from mainframe computing that describes the process of building a new application or project as well as the methodology of dividing technology departments into architecture, engineering and operations.. Now refers to a consulting company based in Portland, Oregon.

Definition: adj- Someone who fancies themselves a "baddie" after acquiring one or multiple cosmetic surgery/ies, such as breast/lip augmentations, Brazilian butt lift(BBL), liposuction etc.

She paid all of that money to be a build-a-bear baddie.

Build-a-Beared

This is an informal method of explaining the mummification method used on Franz Xaver Sidler von Roffenogg, the "aristocratic parish vicar" of St Thomas am Blasenstein in the 1700s. In 2025, a CT scan was taken of the mummy, and it determined that the Vicar was embalmed by having materials like wood chips and a variety of cloth inserted into his abdominal cavity via his rectum. This is reminiscent to how Build-a-Bear toys are stuffed with fiber.

Once thought to be a "natural" or "air-dried" mummy, turns out Franz was was Build-a-Beared.

Rcnmpire State Building

Known by most as the ‘RSB’. The make-out hammock makes this the more popular party hub in Salt Lake City, UT. Located in Turnberry Apartments, it is even farther away from the wily youth hang out spots than anyone else could hope to be, and therefore makes it the ideal place to party on a Friday night.

Friend 1: ey you tryna hit up the club tonight?
Friend 2 : nah bruh you ain't heard it's going down at the Rcnmpire State Building tonight ( RSB)?
