Term coined by nswer @nmixxgallery for Kim Jiwoo, an idol who is constantly "shapeshifting" into multiple K-Pop female idols in different photos & looks.
All-Rounder is a term mostly used by K-Pop fans to refer as idols who can sing, dance & rap. As for Jiwoo, not only she's a really good dancer (arguably the best JYP Entertainment female dancer, having the highest points in open style dance which is any genre that can be choregraphed) but can also exceed in rapping and singing just fine. The + in question is related to her visuals, on how she can look like many other female idols in a single blink.

The All-Rounder+ term can be used everytime she showcases her multiple talents or everytime she resembles a different K-Pop idol.

An expression used when something inherently bad happens during a gathering or event in an attempt to dismiss it as “in the grand scheme of things, it was supposed to happen”. Also often justified with “we’ll look back at this memory and laugh”
— “Did you hear Steve and Aaron jumped the fence to the school and ended up getting arrested?”
- “That sounds badass”
— “but they got arrested...?”
- “It’s All Part of the Experience shitlips”

ghetto slang for "all torn up"
by blueserotta August 03, 2011
It is an idiom in which
1. This person can and will hurt you, and they will do it with out you knowing.
Or
2. This person is dangerous and menacing, and does their action without warning or knowing.
This is the absolute difference of all bark no bite

Bro this guy went up behind me and almost body slammed me, luckily I was able to escape but that man did it with no warning.
Bro he really does all bite no bark.
