The Dirty Kenny

The sexual act of engaging in intercourse during the female's menstrual cycle, then proceeding to force her to give the male a blow job without clean up. This must only be performed during the most heavy days of her menstrual cycle, thus adding more lubrication and flavor. A Dirty Kenny may only be performed in a bathroom (preferably the handicapped stall). There also has to be a photographer to take a picture of the Dirty Kenny, or else it doesn't count.
