Ryan can be a girl or boy name but in the case of girls it’s a rough life. They constantly hear “isn’t that a boys name” when they tell people their name. Ryan’s are goofy and extroverted but have a tough exterior. They rarely show their vulnerable side and when someone hurts them they don’t forget or forgive easily.
