The will of D. Is a group of people who have the D. initial in the middle of their name. Example: Monkey D. Luffy, Marshall D. Teach, Gol D. Roger etc. The joke mainly stems from Usopp being one of the weakest Straw Hats, besides the fans saying (Jokingly) he is the strongest.
