"On the Low" hoe

An individual, particularly a female, who is not worthy of being the company of the opposite sex during the daylight hours. One that is fine to spend time with behind closed doors where nobody can see, rather than outside in the public view of others.

Down Low

Usually it means to keep somthing quiet and to only tell people who are cool enough to know or trustworthy. This definition comes from the real meaning which is a black man/men who have sexual relations with other men but have relationships with women and hide the homosexuality and homo. sex.

A person who talks so quietly that is impossible for the one they are speaking to to understand.

low ender

An individual that doesn't bring much to the table. Often times, this is a person that works a dead end job and does not have much motivation. This person tends to be overly dramatic and moody in social situations as there isn't anything else in their pathetic life. Low Enders often tend to cluster together.

John: I thought you were going to head out with Ali and her friends this weekend?
Mike: No way dude, they're all a bunch of low enders. I'm not going to waste my time with those low lifes.
