Headache

A department-wide epidemic with symptoms such as throbbing tension around the neck and forehead. May also be accompanied with the endless mumble of a user. Departmental studies have shown an increase in symptoms with release of useless password management to further confuse user's in a semi-intelligent Information Technology environment.

Several people began complaining of a headache when they found more user's were to obtain access to password self service.
