Basically a meme which went "Wait it's all (said thing)" and response is "Always has been" With a gun pointed at the person questioning. This meme originated from a Tumblr post way back in August 2016. It is at the peak of it's popularity right now in 2020. It's a funny phrase to say when someone asks a specific something.

Someone who's never been punched in the face 

A sardonic, informal term used to address an obnoxious person. Especially one who often says things to unfairly upset or demean others. It is based on the premise that because people have always chosen to physically restrain themselves around the person in question, they've never had to stop, reconsider and change their offensive behavior.

God, Moe Lester is always such an insufferable little asshole. He's definitely someone who's never been punched in the face.
