scoopy straw

A piece of a drinking straw, approximately an inch and a half to two inches long, with the top half of the tip of one end cut off. (Similar to the red ICEE straws.) Designed for getting powdered drugs neatly and safely out of their baggies and onto a mirror or counter for sniffing.

Gimme that scoopy straw and a blade, Ill lay you out a line.
