Dutch Rudder

When someone comes up with an idea (like at work) that will benefit mainly them self and they hand the actual work off to someone else.

Getting Dutch Ruddered:

Dustin: "I think that if we stored all the files in one location, I could process the reports faster."

Chris: "That is a really good idea."

Dustin: "So do you mind clearing out your schedule for the rest of the day and start moving the files?"

Oral Dutch Rudder

Similar to a Dutch Rudder, but performed with ones mouth as opposed to a hand. An Oral Dutch Rudder is achieved with the help of a friend. As you try to perform autofellatio, the friend will assist by pushing your head down into your crotch. Often, the Oral Dutch Rudder is the only way most men can achieve autofellatio. One must exercise caution, as an overzealous friend can easily lead to back problems, and in extreme cases, a broken neck.

rederalis

one of the three strains of smokable marijuana. It is not well known or grown because of its low THC content. Though it is a weak strain, rederalis is often cross-bred with sativa and/or indica for wanted results.
