A person who has no loyalty to a friend or in most cases a bestfriend. This person knows what they are doing wrong but still keep doing it. They generally are insecure and are honestly fucked also known as snakes. Get this person out of your life because they generally go for other friends, exes basically anyone she can replace you with herself. This person is fake as fuck for example will put love quotes on social media but wont be about anyone or they might gossip about u to their new friends. Bottom line delete them out of your life

Tampa Local

While visiting an out of town friend, or at a party out of town, prior to leaving, drop a masive (Bull Sized) shit in the bathroom without flushing. This is very common when visiting other college towns, Gainesville in particular. The Tampa Local can be out of spite, pride or general friendship.
