Get the Just a second mug.Dio Second's are called this because of how long "Dio's Seconds" are in his ability to time stop. Dio Seconds contradict the actual Timestop seconds
Dio: The World! Stop time
Dio: One second has passed! Two seconds have passed! Three seconds have passed! Four seconds... Five seconds have passed, Six seconds have passed. Seven seconds have passed! I still feel the power! I can still keep it up! By the way Jotaro, you shouldn't be able to move any longer. You probably gambled on the two seconds before time starts to move again, but you've miscalculated. What a truly magnificent feeling! I feel so good, I could break into song! Eight seconds have passed!
