Anyone who installs parts on their car that is not performance orriented and thinks their car is nicer than it is.

1. unreasonably large spoiler on a front-wheel drive car
2. bodykits
3. Rims that are heavier than ones originally on the car
4. stickers or graphics done to the car when either the parts are not installed or cannot have them to begin with
ex: Mugen sticker on a Dodge Neon
5. exhaust that is louder than the engine itself.
6. No engine work done to the car

campbell river

A small city in the middle of vancouver island on its Eastern coast in British Columbia Canada. It used to be once known as "the salmon capital of the world" until the salmon mysterioulsy dissapeared. the city, (known for partying because thats all there is to do here) contains a large healthy population of donkeys and skanks which seem to be doing better than the salmon because they are becoming predominatly more common. these skanks seem to have a lot of campbell river pride. when asked where they are from they answer "campbell river, wanna giver?", campbell river may further been known as "the donkey capital of the world" yet this still remains to be seen. Tim hourtons, local drug dealers, the Voodoo, bootlegger, and the real canadian superstore are its hot spots.

river whore

In the Texas Hold 'Em Poker game, when a person wins the hand in the final round and on the final community card, which is called the river. Oftentimes this person will have been losing the entire hand but gambled and got lucky on the last hand. Other players at the table will often curse this person and tag him/her a "river whore"

Frederick was winning a poker hand with three of a kind Aces, but Herman got a lucky draw on the river and wound up with a straight. Frederick verbally abused Herman and called him a river whore, while Herman snickered and collected the pot.
