icchipin

A headache. Used when someone is being a nuisance.
Derived from the Japanese words "一 (ichi)", meaning one, and "ピン (pin)", meaning pin, in the phrase "一ピンがするよ (ichi pin ga suru yo)", which loosely translates to "You're the number one pin in my head", icchipin together means "pin in my head". The extra c was added for extra coolness.

Teacher: "Alright class, that's it for today"
Student: "Teacher, you forgot to collect our homework!"
Cooler student: "Man fuck that guy, listening to him is making my dick itch. I'm getting icchipin"

That maddening combo of straight-up itching AND irritation where your skin feels like it's crawling, burning, stinging, and begging to be scratched all at once. It's worse than a regular itch because scratching just makes the irritation flare up more. Usually hits after switching laundry detergent, a bad shave, mild sunburn, or when your eczema decides to act up. Basically, your skin is throwing a tantrum and won't chill.
