Anti House Movement is not opposed of House music, it’s opposed to escapism, of the degradation of the moment that is such pure bliss. just talking about it dissolves its essence. Reality is those beautiful moments AND also those wildly dark moments that we choose to mask. We ostracize others for what we all have engaged in ourselves. Escape is to ignore or cover up. Anti House Movement is a journey through frequency, tone and lyricism that holds these parts of ourselves as reality. These realities should be addressed and faced through introspection, mindfulness, and in the end, acceptance. Elitism has no place in Anti-House. We are only as good as the lowest common denominator. It’s not always going to be comfortable, but everyone will have a deeper understanding/appreciation/connection with other patrons. The journey is worth the reward on the other side. It’s time to share this experience. AJME

A movie where two of the main characters, Wade and Dalton, are two American guys who dont speak Spanish to each other throughout the entire movie, except for some reason Wade calls Dalton mijo, and Dalton calls Wade senor. Talking to a guy who speaks Spanish and calling him senor, or him calling you senor, makes sense, but two guys who dont speak spanish to each other calling each other mijo and senor is fuckin weird.

A financially sensible investment you make with your day 1’s were you all can live together or rent out. A shared property to do whatever with (as long as it’s making money)
Parents: what are you saving up for?
You: A hub house! me, Rick, Hanna, and Jj are saving up to buy a property we plan on fixing and renting out

A seldom used insult, favored by hoodlums, comparing and individual to a domesticated "pet" cat as opposed to a stray cat, big cat, or wild cat, how ever stray cat can also be used as an insult. It is a play off the term "cat" used simply to refer to an individual.
The phrase "house cat" is typically directed towards those who lack street smarts, criminal affectation, or who other wise appear uncomfortable or out of place when confronted. The origin is unknown but it was likely first used from any where as early as the 1940s. It's popularity peaked in the 1970s and fell from use nearly entirely by the 1990s.
