Tannays 

Tannays is a racket sport that can be played individually against a single opponent(singles) or between two teams of two players each (doubles). Each player uses a tannays racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber tannays ball covered with yellow felt over or around a net and into the opponents side of the court.

First played: between 1859 and 1865, Birmingham, England.

Team members: Singles or Doubles.

Equipment: Tannays Ball, Tannays Racket
