Happy Gerber

A happy gerber is when you take a shit on a pregnant woman's stomach and make a smiley face out of your fecal matter. Then you take a 20lb sledgehammer and bash the shit through her stomach and out the other side of her body. Then you take the baby fetus and boil it in you urine which is later drank via coffee mug.
