A prostitute who dresses as the opposite sex.

A Crosstitute can most commonly be found in high-density urban areas on the dark side-streets near clubs. Easiest to detect in the "male as female" variety with tell-tale Adam's apples or five o'clock shadow, but they are most commonly detected from a distance when one notices that the subject is over six-foot and has the shoulders of a line backer.
