Referring to a group of African American individuals in a racist manner. Unlike the more socially acceptable versions of the word, such as "the black community" or "a black person".

1. Officer O'Flanagan- So, when you see a group of blacks loitering shirtless on a sidewalk, make sure you call for backup immediately.

2. Training officer- What do you say to a group of young shirtless African Americans who are walking down the sidewalk together?

Officer in training- "Hey y'all blacks better quit loitering 'fore I get the swat team here!!"
