An extension for the popular Urban Dictionary entry Slit; which refers to women & their vagina's;

Local Slit is another derogatory word to describe the local "talent" or "ladies" referring to their only useful features, in a certain locale when referring to a town, area or place.

A “local Cheeto girl” is a girl that is mainly “ghetto”, is loud for no reason, flirts with every guy, always dragging attention to herself because that’s what they enjoy the most, they wear “fluffy sandals”, they have extremely long lashes, want to start fights with everyone, acts tough when they are not, and always eating a bag of “hot Cheetos” for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, we can’t forget the red stain on their thumb and index finger after licking the “hot Cheeto” dust.
