The assistant to notorious terrorist Al Shizaba. One of the most abusive, racist, attention-seeking, two faced girls you will ever meet. She loves to get noticed by anyone. She screams at the top of her lungs to get anyone's attention at, like, 8 something in the morning, EVERY DAY. Don't make eye contact with her when she's on the prowl for attention, you'll only make it worse. Not to mention her weird, and unhealthy obsession with a certain football player, when she has a boyfriend. Don't vent to her, either. She'll just find a way to turn it around and make it about herself. God forbid you were friends with her, she expects you to be attached to her hip, then complain about you being clingy. You can't have other friends around her, because she will try to convince you that they are the absolute worst people you've managed to befriend, and then if you date someone, she will do the exact same thing. STAY AWAY FROM HER.
(I should also put that this doesn't apply to all Francesca's. This one is specifically aimed, though. She knows who she is.)
