They use it in a matter of calling someone “Goofy” when they in fact, are the real goof. The “ahh” is the incorrect spelling of “ass”. This makes sense, because the people who are unfunny enough to use this term, are not smart enough to spell a 3-letter word.

The term/phrase (and others similar) were cultivated though out social media meme pages, most commonly found on memes targeting and ridiculing the transgender and queer ‘son’ of basketball star Dwayne Wade. His child, Zaya Wade, would naturally be suspected to partake in homosexual activities, a commonly ridiculed activity, hence the memes uprise.
