In Baby Got Back we see/hear an unnamed girl call "Becky" to the attention of a black women's backside. In turn, many white women, since 2002, have attempted to alter their physical images to mirror other ethnic physiques, thus being accused of cultural appropriation.
Beyonce has been infamously quoted for use of the term in the song "Sorry" referring to a women with "good" hair. This may have referred to women who straighten their hair excessively, until it became common use for black women to associate "Becky with the good hair" to white women such as Kim Kardashian who was accused of cultural appropriation.
In extreme cases, a Becky would even go to the lengths that Rachel Dolezal was accused of. Of coarse this is an entire case of delusional Becky's who think they can appropriate any cultural with zero repercussions.
