A derogatory term used mainly for females. Combines the popular terms for loose or promiscuous women, whorebag, and slut. The added term baby refers to the age of the person being insulted, often implying that they are much too young and/or naive to be acting in such a manner.

She may or may not also be bipolar and/or hormonal which only multiplies the severity of her whorebage-ness.
