The act of typing on a cellphone or other mobile device. Involves typing with the very tips of your thumbs, slowly, carefully, and methodically, as in "tiptoeing".

I'm almost home, let me get inside and hop on my computer so I can stop this infernal tip typing.

Typing of the Dead

The best game of all time. An educational game based off of an incredibly gory zombie shooter. Essentially a port of House of the Dead 2, except the zombies carry basic household items (plungers, spatulas, ladles) instead of axes, and all the main characters wield keyboards attached to Dreamcasts instead of guns. In order to defeat the terrifying zombies, you must quickly type relevant words like "Daffodil" and "Snapdragon." The terrible voice acting that was carried over from the original enhances the experience twofold.

Civilian: Oh no. Help me. I don't want to die.
Player: Loretta! Julia! Die-hard Roach! Sphagnum!
Frying Pan-Wielding Zombie: Uggh.
<Frying Pan-Wielding Zombie dies>
Civilian: Thank you for saving me. You can go out that way.
Player's friend: Dude, what the fuck?
Player: Don't hate, it's just Typing of the Dead!

pogi typings

This term is often used by Filipinos on social media to describe an intimidatingly attractive person who has an intimidating personality (often a male) who writes or types in a formal way of writing including correct grammar, capitalization, and punctuation who is always serious about what they are saying.

These people are often introverts or ambiverts with a unique sense of style from fashion to music preferences. They often prefer black and white to any other colors. They have a small circle of friends because most people find them so intimidating and not easy to talk with. These types of people also have a deeper mind than anyone else, they have their own meanings into small things that are not important to others and they often tend to be serious about the things that they love to do and if they want to get that thing, they would work hard for it without anybody's help even though they are often perceived as a person who doesn't give a fuck about anything around them.

Shorthand Typing

When people who are using a full qwerty keyboard are too lazy to type all the letters in a word. Commonly used in emails, forums, blogs and text messages.

I can never understand why people use Shorthand Typing like this:
'plz' instead of please; 'jst' instead of just; 'cuz' instead of because; 'dat' instead of that, and so on.

CAD Typing

The ill effect of forgetting to release the CAPS locks when switching from CAD (computer aided design) software to an Internet messenger, giving the user the illusion of shouting. CAD typing can only apply with the use of CAD standards which call for all text to be written in capitals.
