A crappy fighting game made by NAMCO, the same company which made Pacman.
A cheap knockoff of SEGA's Virtua Fighter, except that it also borrows poorly from CAPCOM's Street Fighter. Favored by button-mashers who can't play videogames because of its cheap combo system, one-hit knockouts, and lack of physics.

The pimpest game there is. Anyone who says "OMG TEH VIRTUA FIGHTAR!" is either an anime fanboy japanophile cockshit or one of those fighting game uber nerds who study framerates and whatshit.

Actually not a bad game, but still rather easy to beat. Got some cool characters (True Ogre, Hwoarang etc.) 2-player is better than Arcade mode.
Not the greatest fighting game ever.
Not the greatest fighting game ever.
Tekken 4 is crap (few characters, slow-movement, just Tekken 3 with different costumes and 2 or 3 new characters), Tekken Tag Tournament is the best Tekken.

VIrtua Fighter is and has always been a far superior game. Tekken is just an overhyped, shallow piece of shit with pretty lights.
Americans prefer Tekken over Virtua Fighter because they're too fucking lazy and stupid to learn how to play a game. They think that mashing buttons and watching sparks equals a good game.

some shitty excuse for a fighting game. if you want a real fighting game, pick up super smash brothers melee or soul calibur II for gamecube. those are fun games which actually have definitive moves, not like "KICK KICK KICK!" or "SONIC BOOM!!!"
wtf is this shit? tekken? isn't this some shitty arcade game that I can play at my local golf store?!?!
