(interchangable with "king of the party foul")

2. verb: to prevent from attaining or drinking alcohol (especially minors)

1: parents that never leave, cerfews, younger siblings, and the worst of all the infamous bro-po or Brookline Police

"man i really wanted to have a party tonight but my parents are home, such drank skanks!"

2: "ugh the bro-po showed up and totally drank skanked us like 10 mins into that party"
