When a product or piece of software has been simplified so much that you dont have the ability to control the details you want.

I like the camera on my phone but they simplitarded it and now I cant save the files to the format I want

An individual who is distressingly committed, to the point of failing to eat food, sleep or associate with other carbon based life forms, to building authentic looking and working cockpit mock-ups, both military and civilian, of aircraft, spacecraft, water-borne craft and ground vehicles using computer simulation.

After losing a few pounds, Del, an avid simulist in the throws of a new aircraft cockpit build, was reminded by his sister the only thing he would be flying if he didn't eat would be a pine box.
