Basically saying something stupid completely unrelated to the current topic of discussion for the sake of saying it. Also can be saying something retarded, stupid, or off topic to simply piss everyone off.

Saying something that stupid isn’t funny. That’s oral shitposting.

The act of creating a comedic video or picture relating to a specific topic so effectively, that people who know little to nothing about said topic will still find the video or picture to be comedic.
