‘run up ma ribs’ is a Scottish saying coined in the West Lothian area.

This saying is used when someone or something has annoyed you or taken the mickey out of you and you’ve had ENOUGH. Once annoyed enough you would then let this person know that they can politely go and run up your ribs as you’ve had enough of their shite.
