Rozzi is an abbreviation for Rozzano; a city in Italy in Milan's suburbs. This abbreviation became famous thanks to Paky; an Italian singer who made a song named Rozzi. Rozzano is a high criminality zone where you can easily find drugs and terroni like paky who is neapolitan.
