A person characterized by an irrational fear of, or aversion to, or discrimination against wealth or wealthy people.

Pactophobia

The persistent fear or anxiety of not securing the absolute best possible deal, price, bargain, or agreement in a purchase, negotiation, or transaction. This often manifests as obsessive comparison shopping, decision paralysis, regret after buying, or an inability to commit even when a good offer is available, driven by the dread of "missing out" on something better.

"Her pactophobia is out of control — she spent two hours on Black Friday refreshing pages because she was terrified of not getting the best deal on those headphones."
