When someone wants to talk about penis's, but they don't want to get caught by teachers or other authority figures. For example, if they are mad at you, they will tell you to stop clutching your pen15, or they want to give you the succ, and will tell you to suck their pen15. If a teacher comes, just say you are talking about the newest model of pen, the pen15.

In the middle of school
Emery: Hey Rohan want to suck my pen15 after school?
Rohan: Sure!
Teacher: What are you talking about?

Pen15 is a term used by boys in middle school when they want to talk about a penis. This gets written on notebooks and on friends as a joke. The user of Pen15 thinks that they are being clever by using a secret code that no one will understand.

Everyone understands it.

Pen15 is interchangeable with Pen Is.

Kyle and I were friends until he wrote Pen15 on my arm and got me in trouble with my mom. I'm grounded and not allowed to hang out with him anymore.
