A person that is a burden on society. Usually a homeless person on drugs like fentanol or a deranged rich person reducing the quality of life of others.

Exactly man, nobody wants to deal with a Nevron yelling at their kids. You want a nice day with the family, you just want a nice day by yourself. Nobody wants to deal with this.
