The act of eye-catchingly sitting on a chair with low backrest by moving your leg over it before sitting down. One should always look the person they want to impress directly in their eyes. Famously performed and originated by cdr. William T. Riker on Star Trek : The next Generation.

If you want to nail that girl, you should do the Riker Maneuver while you sit down.

Pitt maneuver

A 'Pitt maneuver' is when a female forces an unwilling/unwitting male to attend a romantic movie. These movies generally star some glamourous ,handsome dude like Brad Pitt. They are typically the kinds of movies that a male will avoid attending at any cost. This maneuver is similar in methodology to the police department's 'PIT' maneuver, whereby a police vehicle forces the apprehended vehicle's occupant into compliance against their will.

A: Hey man, missed you at the pool hall last night, what happened?
B: Ugh.....don't remind me about last night. The missus pulled a 'Pitt maneuver' on me and I ended up watching Sex in the City part 8. There's 3 hours of life I'll never get back....

Pepperpot Manoeuvre

1. An old military term, essentially bounding overwatch, where by a team of X men moves forwards covered by an equal number of men behind. At least that's what i was told in Marine Cadets :P

2. Much like Wolfbagging, however, instead of gagging your lover ( has to be pronounced, moi luurver... as though you were talking to a favourite sheep) you toss a handful of black ground pepper in her face as shes taking a deep breath, giving the effect of anal tension.
